Dirty Dogz Dayspa was established in 2012. We are locally owned and operated in Wollongong, open to service any pooch or puss with a grooming package tailored to suit your needs.

At Dirty Dogz Dayspa we are a professional team dedicated to taking care of your pets to the highest standards in the grooming industry, making your pets feel good about themselves and looking a million dollars is our number one priority. We believe creating a bond with owners and their pets is a big part of our service and making sure our clients are happy. We are all pet owners and have a love and passion for all animals. We specialise in all behavioural issues aggressive or fear related, dog specialty clipping and cat clipping.

Our books operate on a plan ahead style system, as we are a busy salon. To avoid disappointment, we ask that you book in advance. Our staff are also happy to help organise regular grooming appointments for a pampered pooch or puss all year round.

Our salon is cage free, professional, modern, clean and inviting. Our salon is airconditioned to make it as comfortable as possible no matter what the weather for our four legged friends. Our aim here at Dirty Dogz Dayspa is to replicate a home like environment for your beloved pet.

We use state of the art modern professional equipment in our salon. Only the best for our 4 legged friends.

Sedation is an issue we feel strongly against. We believe trust, patience and perseverance plays a big part to overcome any aggressive and fear related issues.

We will not de-mat any pet. We have a humanity before vanity approach.

Our Team

Alysha

Our Head Grooming Stylist/Manager/Business Owner has over 16 years experience in the industry as a Petgroomer/Stylist/behaviourist, her skills and talent at her profession are a true asset to the industry. A true lover of all animals with special focus on companion animals. She is experienced in any specialty clipping/grooming, Cat clipping, dog colouring and handling any behavioural issues in a calm, caring manner. A true master at the craft of pet styling. Alysha has 3 dogs and a cat of her own and 4 exotic birds.

Lucy

One of our Pet stylists, she has over 3 years experience in the industry. Confident is most aspects of pet grooming from large breeds to small. Especially selected and trained by Alysha, Lucy has proven herself and her skill sets on the job and in the field of pet grooming. She is an animal lover and just loves having the opportunity to pamper canines on a daily basis. Lucy is in charge of customer liaison, she ensures communication between our clients and our staff are streamline as well as smooth. She has a true passion for her role and ensures all our four legged friends owners requests and communication is expedited across.

James

One of our Pet stylists, he has over 2 years experience in the industry. Confident is most aspects of pet grooming from large breeds to small and all specialty clipping and grooming of long and curly coated breeds. James has proven himself and his skill sets on the job and in the field. He is an animal lover and loves forming a bond with canines through patience and nurture.

Hayley

Our head bather/dryer tech, she takes allot of pride and passion in bathing and preparing all the pooches for their grooming. This not only ensures a sanitary and hygienic Canine or Feline but also makes our four legged friends feel clean, relaxed, refreshed, feeling and smelling beautiful. Hayley has been in the industry for over 5 years and on our team for over 1 year. She loves what she does and it truely shows in her work.

Katy

Our head dryer tech and part time dog daycare assistant, She takes allot of pride and passion in preparing all the pooches for their grooming. She also loves running our dog daycare service on selected days and takes a special interest in canine behaviour. Katy has been in the industry and on our team for over 1 year. She is bright bubbly and true delight, Currently also training in the role of administration and customer service as she just loves forming a bond with canines and there owners.

Leah

Our drying tech has been part of our team for over 6 months now, being fully trained her role by us, she has excelled in her role. She is gentle, caring and very patient, this combined with her eagerness to learn and understand canines as proven to her success in her role. Leah has a Beagalier at home which she loves to take for walks and tire out.
